I’m a member of two book clubs and although we don’t have our meetings in a treehouse like Alice and her friends, we do eat cake and share stories. Anyone who loves books knows there’s nothing better than sharing a good story with friends.

Ever since I began writing for children I’ve wanted to write a title for the iconic Australian children’s series, Aussie Bites. The illustrations in The Clever Cats Book Club is based on a family story so I was very pleased when Florence Boyd, my cousin, was chosen to do the illustrations.
