Christmas Presents

December has been a blur of Christmassy events and preparations. I’m having two Christmas’ this year – one in Australia and one in Wales. We celebrated our Australian family Christmas a little early – on December 7th. On Saturday, I’m heading off to the UK for another round of Christmas cheer.

As everyone I know has been furiously blogging about Christmas things (and I haven’t been blogging at all!) I thought I should pass on a few tips of what worked for our first round of present-giving. One of the smash hit gifts that I bought this year for our Australian Christmas were the comic bags pictured. The little picture can’t give the full sense of how snazzy they look. It may be a getting too close to the wire to order more of them in time for Christmas but the website that I bought them through is definitely worth checking out. Reader’s Niche features very writerly gifts that went down a treat in our book-obsessed household.
