Magical places

When I was traveling, I took some fantastic pictures of Wales and Cornwall. But most of them were lost when my camera went AWOL in Berlin. One picture I particularly wanted to blog about was of the old church at Zennor on the coast of Cornwall. I’d gone to Zennor on something of a pilgrimage. One of my favourite English authors, Michael Morpurgo, had lived at Zennor for a while and he’d written some fantastic stories inspired by the landscape and the tiny communities that perch on the cliff tops. He’s also written several books set in the Scilly Isles off the coast of Cornwall which have become particularly famous.
So early in the new year, I drove from Wales down to Cornwall.
